How do I buy tickets?
Tickets are on sale now through Ticketmaster, where you can view pricing, compare floor (VIP) and bowl (general admission) seating, and choose your seat.
When should I buy?
Seating is assigned, so the earlier you purchase, the better your seat selection. Reserve your seat now.
What does my ticket cover?
Your ticket includes a 3-day pass to the full conference, your reserved seat, an attendee lanyard, and a parking spot.
Are there single-day ticket options?
No. The Banquet is a three-day experience, and attendees are expected to attend all three days. There are no single-day tickets and no price reductions for attending part of the weekend.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable.
What are the seating options?
There are two options: floor seating (VIP) and bowl seating (general admission). You can view pricing and choose your seat on Ticketmaster.
What is the daily schedule?
Friday, Aug 14 — doors 5:00 PM, until 10:00 PM. Saturday, Aug 15 — doors 8:00 AM, until 6:00 PM. Sunday, Aug 16 (Worship Night) — doors 5:00 PM, until 10:00 PM.
Can I bring outside food?
No outside food is permitted. The venue offers a variety of food options to choose from.
If I leave early, can I come back in?
You're free to leave whenever you need to, but you won't be readmitted once you exit the venue grounds. If you need a break, you're welcome to step out of the arena into the vendor hall and return to your seat.
What airport do I fly into?
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), 3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719.
Where should I stay?
The Hilton in Cedar Park and other nearby Cedar Park hotels are convenient to the venue.
